Forbes.com takes a careful and intellectual approach to provide a Global Competitiveness Report that ranks countries on their ability to make the best use of their resources to be productive and therefore competitive. The report looks at a number of factors including policies, financial management, protection of property rights, regulatory enforcement and the quality of the judicial system.
